A New Academic Journal Evaluation Method: Coordination TOPSIS

[目的/意义]在学术期刊评价中,TOPSIS是一种应用较广的评价方法,但是该评价方法并没有考虑评价指标之间的协调发展,有必要对这个问题进行改进。[方法/过程]在分析TOPSIS评价原理的基础上,提出根据评价对象到原点连线与理想解到原点连线夹角大小衡量评价指标协调度的方法,并与TOPSIS相结合进行评价。[结果/结论]基于JCR2016数学期刊的研究表明,协调TOPSIS与原TOPSIS评价结果具有较高的相关性,对于少数优秀期刊,协调TOPSIS评价结果与TOPSIS评价结果排序一致度较高,但对于绝大多数期刊,考虑协调度以后,评价结果排序差异较大。协调TOPSIS评价法具有一定的通用性,可以广泛应用于需要考虑评价指标协调发展的评价领域。

[Purpose/Significance]TOPSIS is a widely used evaluation method in the evaluation of academic journals,but this method does not consider the coordinated development between evaluation indexes.[Method/Process]Based on the analysis of the principle of TOPSIS evaluation,this paper puts forward the method of measuring the coordination degree of evaluation indexes which is according to the angle between the evaluation objects to the connection to the origin and the ideal solution to the connection to the origin,and the evaluation is combined with TOPSIS.[Result/Conclusion]The research based on JCR2016 journal of mathematics shows that coordination TOPSIS has high correlation with the original TOPSIS evaluation result,and for a few excellent journals,the sorting consistency degree of the evaluation results of coordination TOPSIS and TOPSIS is higher,but for the most of journals,considering the coordination degree leads to a larger sorting differences of the evaluation results.Coordination TOPSIS evaluation method has certain generality and can be widely applied to the evaluation field requiring consideration of the coordinated development of evaluation indexes.
