摘要
教师的公民教育素养是关乎学校公民教育开展情况的重要因素。教师的公民教育素养主要包括公民知识、公民教育能力和公民教育品性。公民教育能力主要包括自由对话的能力、公民教学设计的能力、价值引导的能力、合理评价的能力等;公民教育品性主要包括尊重、公正、民主、以身作则等。提升教师的公民教育素养可从教师教育、学校和教师个人等方面入手。
The civic education quality of teachers is an important factor in the development of civic education in schools.Teachers’education quality of includes civic knowledge,civic education ability and civic education virtue.Civic education ability includes mainly the abilities of free dialogue,civic teaching design,value guidance and rational evaluation.Civic education virtue includes respect,justice,democracy and making oneself an example.Promoting teachers’civic education quality can start from the aspects of teachers education,the school and the teachers.
