摘要 为抑制基于传统滑模观测器的内嵌式永磁同步电机无传感器控制的抖振现象,提出一种基于d-q轴同步旋转坐标系下电流方程的非奇异快速终端滑模观测器,兼顾线性滑模观测器与非奇异终端滑模观测器的优点,提高了系统的动态响应速度。通过非线性跟踪微分器获得平滑的d-q轴反电势,减小了传统滑模观测器中低通滤波器引起的相位滞后,并利用锁相环原理从d-q轴反电势中调制出电机转子速度以及位置信息。通过Matlab/Simulink对系统进行仿真实验,验证了所提方法的有效性。 In order to suppress chattering phenomenon of the sensorless control for interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM)with the conventional sliding mode observer,a novel approach with nonsingular fast terminal sliding mode observer based on the current equation in d-q axis synchronous rotating coordinate system is presented,which can combine the advantages of linear sliding mode observer and nonsingular terminal sliding mode observer,and improve the dynamic response speed of the system.Since nonlinear tracking differentiator can generate the smooth d-q axis back EMF,this approach can reduce the phase delay which is generated by low pass filter of conventional sliding mode observer,and modulate the speed and position of motor rotor from d-q axis back EMF with phase-locked loop.The simulation results based on Matlab/Simulink verified the validity of the proposed approach.
