高校图书馆文献资源学科化建设的探索、实践与思考——以北京大学图书馆为例

Exploration,Practice and Thoughts on the Subject Resources Development in University Libraries:A Case Study of Peking University Library

从学科馆员制度的实施入手,通过分析制约发展瓶颈的原因,在重新梳理学科馆员制度的基础上,提出学科化采访与学科服务协同化发展、高校图书馆开展学科化资源建设的思路。并以北京大学图书馆为例,重点从学科化采访的定位和创新实践探索两个方面进行阐述,包括向学科采访转型的岗位设置、运作模式、组织实施、用户导向和系统支撑等几个方面,分析和总结了北京大学图书馆近年来学科化采访转型的经验和思考,并提出了今后的发展方向。

Based on the practice of subject librarian system in university libraries,this article suggests that the integration of subjec tresources development and subject serviceis a trend.Subject oriented collec-tion development is a new role of library's acquisition work.Taking Peking University Library as an exam-ple,this article focuses on the orientation and innovative practice of the subject resource development,ana-lyzes and summarizes the experience and thinking of the subject resource development in the recent years,and puts forward the future direction.
