摘要
价值共创彰显了电子政务服务发展趋势,明确其开展质量,有助于政务服务能力提升。文章基于重要省市的网站服务梳理出现阶段我国电子政务服务价值共创的9个主要类型。通过现状分析,揭示我国电子政务服务价值共创质量不高,也不因价值共创类型不同产生本质影响,并归纳得到了7个维度25个指标的现阶段质量问题量表。最后,提出参与策略、披露策略、民意转化策略、监督策略、引导策略、保障策略、激励策略等提升策略,并揭示了提升策略的阶段分布。
Value co-creation is the inevitable trend of the development of e-government service.To reveal the current quality situation is helpful to improve the ability of e-government service.This paper combs the 9 kinds of value co-creation types of e-government service based on website service of important provinces and cities.Then,the paper analyzes the current situation of e-government service co-creation,and finds some results.First,the value co-creation quality is low.Second,the difference different types of value creation does do not have an essential effect on it.Third,the quality problem scale table of 7 dimension dimensions 25 indexes is summed up.Finally,Related promotion Strategies include participation strategy,disclosure strategy,public opinion transformation strategy,supervision strategy,guidance strategy,safeguard strategy and incentive strategy are is put forward,and the stage distribution of promotion strategy is revealed.
