中国现代化建设模式的转变——从外在拉动型现代化到自觉内生型现代化

Transformation of China's Modernization Mode: From Foreign-Pull-Based Modernization to Endogenous-Drive-Based Modernization

改革开放以来,中国的现代化建设之所以能够取得举世公认的巨大成就,就在于中国改变了以往外在拉动型的现代化建设模式,开启并逐渐形成了自觉内生型的现代化建设模式。自觉内生型的现代化建设表现为:现代化建设道路选择的自主性和科学合理性;现代化建设动力的内生性;现代化建设推进的共生性。自觉内生型现代化建设方是真正意义上的现代化建设。为了确保中国自觉内生型现代化建设的顺利推进,至少要特别注意做好两件事情:以对外开放促进自觉内生型的现代化建设;规范政府的作为。

Since the reform and opening-up,the great achievement of Chinese modernization construction has changed the foreign-pull-based modernization construction model,and gradually formed an endogenous-drive-based modernization construction model. The endogenous-drive-based modernization construction model is manifested in the following aspects: the autonomy and scientific rationality of the choice of the path to China's modernization construction,the endogenous nature of the motive force of China's modernization construction,and the endogenous-drive-based model is the real modernization construction. In order to ensure the smooth progress of China's endogenous-drive-based modernization,two things at least should be paid special attention to: promoting endogenous-drive-based modernization by opening up to the outside world,and regulating the government actions.
