摘要
探究稀有人参皂苷对实验性白癜风动物模型的治疗作用。MTT法检测人参皂苷Rh2和人参皂苷Rg3组合物对鼠黑素瘤细胞增殖活性的影响。采用两种化学脱色法(分别使用氢醌和过氧化氢)制备实验性白癜风动物模型,经不同剂量(1. 0 g/kg·d,2. 0 g/kg·d)的人参皂苷干预后,肉眼观察药物治疗实验性白癜风动物模型的疗效,并拍照记录。考察人参皂苷Rh2和人参皂苷Rg3组合物对白癜风动物模型血浆中单胺氧化酶(MAO)、胆碱酯酶(CHE)和血清酪氨酸酶(TYR)含量的影响。MTT实验结果表明该组合物对黑素瘤细胞的增殖具有显著的抑制作用。经稀有人参皂苷干预后的白癜风动物模型血浆中MAO值降低,CHE活力降低,TYR含量增加。通过肉眼观察能明显地看到动物模型白癜风症状减轻甚至消失。稀有人参皂苷对实验性白癜风动物模型具有良好的治疗作用,为临床应用提供了实验依据。
To explore the treatment effects of rare ginsenosides on the experimental vitiligo animal models.MTT methods were employed to measure the effects of ginsenosides Rh2 and Rg3 on proliferation of murine melanoma cells.The animal models of vitiligo were prepared by two chemical decoloring methods(hydroquinone and hydrogen peroxide),then were separately treated with different doses of ginsenosides(1.0 g/kg·d 2.0 g/kg·d).To observe the curative effect of medicinal compositions in the treatment of vitiligo,pictures about experimental animal models were recorded.Investigated the content of MAO,CHE,TYR in plasma of vitiligo animal models which effected by ginsenosides Rh2 and Rg3.The MTT experimental results showed that the combination of ginsenosides Rh2 and Rg3 significantly inhibit the proliferation of melanoma cells.Ginsenosides Rh2 and Rg3 was definitely decreasing the activity of MAO and CHE,increasing the content of TYR.We could obviously observe that the vitiligo symptoms relieved and disappeared after treatment with the rare ginsenosides.Rare ginsenosides has a nice therapeutic effect on experiment alanimal models of vitiligo,providing an experimental basis for clinical use.
