摘要
机场特种车辆的高效运行是保障航班正常运行中重要的一环。针对机场特种车辆任务多、时间要求高和能耗大的问题,提出了一种基于改进KCM和磷虾群算法的调度优化方法,建立了以最大任务数为首要目标,以运行时间最短和使用车辆数目最少为次要目标的调度优化模型。仿真实验结果表明:该方法具有适应性好、求解速度快和求解质量高等优点,为提高航班正常率提供了一种有效可行的实现途径。
The efficient operation of the airport special vehicles is an important part of the normal operation of the flight.For the question of airport special vehicle task,high time requirement and high energy consumption,a scheduling optimization method based on improved FCM and krill herd algorithm is proposed,and the scheduling optimization model with the maximum number of tasks as the first goal,the shortest running time and the minimum number of vehicles used as the secondary target is established.The simulation results show that the proposed method has the advantages of good adaptability,fast solution speed and high quality of solution,and could provide an effective and feasible way to improve the flight rate.
