继电保护装置整机柔性智能测试系统设计 被引量:3

摘要 该文分析了当前继电保护装置在多品种、小批量生产模式下刚性生产测试的特点及弊端;讨论了柔性化测试在单板测试和整机测试环节的可行性并提出通用测试解决方案;并以低压保护系列装置为试点,通过使用工业机器人实现智能搬运,设计测试流水线实现装置在线流转,研发与之配套的柔性智能测试站等技术手段,设计开发了继电保护装置整机柔性智能测试系统,并在南瑞继保江苏省电力装备智能调试示范车间成功应用。通过对系统的不断跟踪和技术改进,实现了系统的高效运转。实际应用表明,该系统实现了多品种、多型号继电保护装置的柔性智能测试,有效提高了生产测试效率,节约了宝贵的人力资源;同时该方案对业界开展继电保护装置无人化初检具有较好的借鉴意义。 This paper first analyzes the rigid production test characteristics and disadvantages of current relay protection devices under multi variety and small batch production mode,and then discusses the feasibility of flexible testing in board test and device test and the general test solution of them.Finally,taking the low voltage protection device as a pilot,the flexible intelligent test system is designed by the following technical means:the first one is to use industrial robots to build intelligent handling subsystem,the second one is to design pipeline and realize device online flow,the last one is to develop flexible intelligent test station.The system is designed and applied in NREC electric power equipment intelligent debugging demonstration workshop of Jiangsu province successfully.The system runs efficiently by means of continuous tracking and technical improvement of it.The practical application shows that the system realizes the flexible and intelligent testing of multi varieties and multi type relay protection devices,effectively improves the efficiency of production testing and saves valuable human resources.At the same time,this scheme has good reference significance for the development of relay protection devices in large numbers of unmanned initial checking in the industry.
