广西壮族自治区成立60年来,区域经济社会发展取得了辉煌成就:经济发展实现大跨越,由原来的"经济末梢"成长为改革开放的前沿阵地,成为民族自治区跨越式发展的典型;民族团结铸就模范区,各民族之间平等团结互助和谐的关系持续发展;文教进步成就新高度,文化建设实现飞跃发展,教育发展进入了新阶段;边境稳定迈向新境界,兴边富民行动不断深化,边境文化和谐共生。民族区域自治制度在广西的成功实践,形成了经济发展、民族团结、文教进步、边境稳定的新 局面。

Since the founding of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region for 60 years,the regional economic and social development has made brilliant achievements:the economic development has achieved great strides,has grown from the original“economic endings”to the forefront of reform and opening-up and become a typical leap-forward development of the autonomous regions of ethnic minorities;national unity has cast a model area and the relations of equality,solidarity,mutual assistance and harmony among all ethnic groups continue to develop;cultural and educational progress has achieved new heights,cultural construction has achieved leaps and bounds and education development has entered a new stage;border stability has stepped into a new realm,actions to prosper the border and enrich the people have been deepened and border culture has coexisted harmoniously.
