摘要
以引种到云南禄劝的12个美国山核桃品种为研究对象,对果实形态特征和粗纤维成分含量进行测定,并采用响应面法对测定粗纤维含量工艺进行优化。结果表明:美国山核桃含有丰富的粗纤维,不同品种间的果实形态存在显著差异,其长度为2.50~4.80 cm,宽度为1.60~2.10cm,质量为4.00~9.50 g。粗纤维提取工艺优化条件为:提取时间45 min,碱液浓度10%,细度过筛50目时检测粗纤维含量最高,且粗纤维含量百分比在5%~8%。
Twelve kinds of Carya illinoensis in Luquan?Yunnan Province have been collected for measuring the morphology and determining the contents of the crude fiber.The response surface methodology was used to optimize the determination of crude fiber content.The results show that they are rich in crude liber?while significant differences have been found in morphologies of C.illinoensis.The length ranges from 2.50 to 4.80 cm?the width ranges from 1.60 to 2.10 cm and the weight ranges from 4.00 to 9.50 g.The optimal extraction conditions for crude fiber are extraction time 45 min,lye concentration 10%,fineness of 50 mesh sieve detecte the highest content of crude fiber,and crude fiber content of 5%-8%.
