摘要
针对大庆油田单管通球集输试验井采出液黏度高、集油阻力大,部分油井出油压力长期偏高导致井口漏油以及抽油杆滞后等问题,开发了能减小油井集油阻力和降低出油压力的原油乳化降黏剂DS2001。室内评价表明,采用该降黏剂可使采出液表观黏度显著降低,降黏率大于70%。在大庆油田第六采油厂单管通球集输高油压井L12-AS2911开展了现场应用试验,结果表明,乳化降黏剂DS2001的加药浓度为200 mg/L时,可使油井出油压力由3.5 MPa降低至0.8MPa左右,抽油机载荷改善显著,油井运行平稳。
For single tube pigging gathering test wells in Daqing Oilfield,the viscosity of their produced water is high,oil gathering resistance is large,wellhead oil pressure of some wells is high for a long time and then leads to oil leakage,and their sucker rods are lagged behind.Aiming at above problems,a crude oil emulsifying viscosity reducer,which can reduce oil gathering resistance of oil wells and decrease oil outlet pressure and is called as DS2001,is developed.The indoor evaluation shows that by using the viscosity reducer,the apparent viscosity of produced water decreases significantly,and the viscosity reduction rate is more than 70%.A field application test conducting in the single tube pigging gathering high-pressure oil well L12-AS2911 in the No.6 Oil Production Plant of Daqing Oilfield shows that when the dosing concentration of DS2001 is 200 mg/L,the oil outlet pressure of oil wells can be reduced from 3.5 MPa to 0.8 MPa,the load of the pumping unit is greatly improved and the oil well runs smoothly.
