摘要
超声波除垢技术因具有装置结构简单、自动化程度高、使用成本低、性能稳定及无污染等优势,被广泛应用于油田管道除垢实践中。为验证超声波除碳酸钙垢的效果,进行了超声波除碳酸钙垢实验,结合超声波除垢机理及碳酸钙垢成因,判定超声波在不同功率、频率、辐照时间,以及不同介质温度、流速和黏度条件下去除结垢试件上碳酸钙垢的效果。实验证明,超声波装置在功率300 W、频率30 kHz,介质温度55℃、流速1 400 L/h,以及介质黏滞系数趋近于0条件下,去除碳酸钙垢效果最优。
Ultrasonic descaling technology is widely used in oilfield pipeline descaling operation because of its advantages such as simple structure,high degree of automation,low cost,stable performance and no pollution.In order to verify the effect of ultrasonic in removing calcium carbonate scale,the test of ultrasonic removing calcium carbonate scale is conducted.Combined with ultrasonic descaling mechanism and formation factors of calcium carbonate scale,the effects of ultrasonic under different power,frequency,irradiation time,and different medium temperature,flow rate and viscosity on removing calcium carbonate scale on test samples are determined.The experiment shows that when the power of the ultrasonic device is 300 W,the frequency is 30 kHz,the medium temperature is 55°C,and the flow rate is 1400 L/h,and the medium viscosity coefficient approaches to 0,its effect of removing calcium carbonate scale is the best.
