摘要
油田早期投入使用的立式储罐罐顶已有大面积的腐蚀或者渗漏,采用传统的更换罐顶方法存在高空作业多、安全风险大、施工效率低、周期长、成本过高、质量差等问题。立式储罐罐顶整体预制更换技术是通过研制罐顶预制模具,在地面上对罐顶进行整体预制,设计吊耳结构尺寸,应用有限元法对罐顶整体结构进行强度和稳定性分析校核,满足结构材料吊装安全;同时通过对预留焊缝的微调,达到了储罐罐顶与已建罐主体包边角钢之间的锲合度。大庆油田应用该技术完成了3 000 m^3立式储罐罐顶整体预制更换,提高了施工效率和施工质量,实现了储罐罐顶更换施工的快速性、经济性和安全性。
There are large areas of corrosion or leakage on the top of the vertical storage tanks that put into production in the early period of the oilfield,so the traditional method of replacing tank roofs has many difficult problems,such as much high altitude operation,high safety risk,low construction efficiency,long construction period,too high construction cost and poor construction quality.The overall prefabrication and replacement technology for the roof of the vertical storage tank is to conduct the overall prefabrication of the tank roof on the ground by developing the prefabricated mould for the tank roof,to design the structure and size of the lifting ear,and to use the finite element method to check the intensity and stability of the overall structure of the tank roof to meet the lifting safety of the structure material;at the same time,to finely adjust the reserved weld to reach the integrating degree of the roof and the angle iron of the built tank.By applying the technology,Daqing Oilfield has completed the overall prefabrication and replacement for the roof of 3000 m3 vertical storage tanks,improving the construction efficiency and construction quality,and realizing the speediness,economy and safety of the replacement of tank roofs.
