摘要 榆林南储气库注采试验采用井口双向流量计连续计量工艺,并与集注站孔板流量计的总计量数据比对,重点对靶式和外夹式超声波流量计的注采双向计量进行了试验。靶式和外夹式超声波流量计在注气阶段均表现出较好的计量准确性,其中靶式流量计的相对偏差在2.5%以内,外夹式超声波流量计的相对偏差在5%以内。采气阶段进行湿气计量时,靶式流量计准确性较差,相对偏差超过-15%,最大达到-26%左右,外夹式超声波流量计具有较好的精度,相对偏差不超过5%,但对气井携液计量能力弱。外夹式超声波流量计基本可以满足注采双向计量的需要。 The continuous metering process of wellhead bi-directional flowmeters is adopted in the injection and production test of Yulin South Gas Storage and compared with the total metering amount of the orifice flowmeter in gathering and injection stations,and the injection and production bi-directional metering of the target flowmeter and the jacketed ultrasonic flowmeter tests are emphasically carried out.The target flowmeter and the jacketed ultrasonic flowmeter both show better metering accuracy in the gas injection stage,the relative deviation of the target flowmeter is less than 2.5%,and that of the jacketed ultrasonic flowmeter is less than 5%.During the wet gas metering process in gas production stage,the target flowmeter has a poor accuracy,with a large relative deviation more than-15%,and the maximum relative deviation is about-26%;the jacketed ultrasonic flowmeter shows a better accuracy,its relative deviation is not more than 5%,but it is weak in liquid carrying metering of the gas well.The jacketed ultrasonic flowmeter can basically meet the needs of bidirectional metering.
