摘要 在传统的基于文字的设备管理系统中,图文无关联、交互能力差且不够直观,而工艺自控流程图包含较全面的设备信息。为实现工艺自控流程图与设备管理数据的无缝化集成,进而实现设备管理的数字化、可视化和智能化,开发了一种基于SVG (可缩放矢量图形)工艺自控流程图的天然气浅冷站设备管理系统。该系统采用三层MVC的B/S结构构建,可以直观地对流程图中设备进行交互式管理,系统易于使用且有较好的可扩展性,为石油化工企业的设备管理提供了方便高效的解决方案。 The traditional equipment management system based on words has unrelated graphics,poor interaction ability and intuition,while the process and instrumentation diagram(P&ID)contains more comprehensive equipment information.In order to realize the seamless integration of P&ID diagram and equipment management data,and to achieve the digitalization,visualization and intelligent of equipment management,a natural gas shallow cooling station equipment management system based on scalable vector graphic(SVG)P&ID is developed.The system is developed by using the three layers of Model View Controller(MVC)structure of B/S,and can intuitively implement interactive management of the equipment in P&ID.Also,the system is easy to use and has good extensibility,providing a convenient and efficient solution for the equipment management of petrochemical enterprises.
