摘要
在复合驱配注中,由于碱与污水的配伍性差,注入端结垢严重,造成注入泵故障率高,为提高注入泵运行时率,配注系统按照低压二元、高压二元工艺运行,但在单井聚合物浓度变化范围大的区块,存在单井碱浓度方案符合率低的问题。通过把聚合物浓度相近的井合成一组,分别供给高压二元液;或者在低压三元、高压二元工艺中投加化学防垢剂,可有效提高注入井碱浓度方案合格率。在某一新建产能区块中,通过每座站供给两种浓度的高压二元液,区块的碱浓度合格率由65.3%提高到90.6%;采用低压三元、高压二元配注工艺,同时在低压三元系统中投加防垢剂,配注系统的碱浓度合格率由70%提高到95%以上,并保证了注入时率在95%以上。
In compound flooding injection allocation,due to the poor compatibility between alkali and sewage,serious scaling at injection ends can result in high failure rate of injection pumps.In order to improve the operation time rate of injection pumps,the injection system operates in accordance with the"low pressure binary compound flooding,high pressure binary compound flooding"process.But in blocks with large change range of polymer concentration in single wells,there is a problem of low coincidence rate of single well alkali concentration scheme.Combining wells with similar polymer concentration into a group,and supplying high pressure binary liquid separately or adding chemical scale inhibitors in the"low pressure ternary compound flooding,high pressure binary compound flooding"process can improve the qualified rate of the injection wells alkali concentration effectively.In a newly built productivity block,by supplying two kinds of high pressure binary liquid to each station,the qualified rate of alkali concentration in the block is raised from 65.3%to 90.6%.By using"low pressure ternary compound flooding,high pressure binary compound flooding"process,and adding scale inhibitors in the low pressure ternary system,the qualified rate of alkali concentration of the injection allocation system is raised from 70%to 95%,and the injection time rate is above 95%.
