贵州地方干椒资源籽皮比的变化及分类 被引量:3

Variation and classification of the mass ratio of seed and peel for local dry pepper resources in Guizhou

摘要 为分析贵州地方干椒资源的类型,以48份贵州地方干椒资源为研究对象,测定了干椒的籽皮比并进行聚类分析。结果表明,43份贵州地方辣椒资源干椒籽皮比在0.34~2.03之间,平均值为0.84,变异系数达47.57%;在欧氏距离7.5处,将48份辣椒资源聚为4大类型,并依次定义为种子型干椒、轻度种子型干椒、轻度果肉型干椒和果肉型干椒。 In order to analyze the types of dry pepper resources in Guizhou,48 dry pepper resources were selected as the research objects,and the mass ratio of seed to peel was determined and analyzed by cluster analysis.The results showed that the ratio of seed and peel of the 48 Guizhou local pepper was in the range 0.34-2.03,and the average value 0.84 and the coefficient of variation 47.57%.When the euclidean distance was 7.5,48 chili resources were clustered into 4 types,and they were defined as seed dry pepper,mild seed type dry pepper,light fruit flesh type dry pepper and fruit flesh type dry pepper.
