鱼腥草幼苗生长发育和叶片显微结构对不同光质的响应 被引量:4

摘要 为了探索鱼腥草‘红玉’对不同光质调控的响应以优化培养条件,促使室内产业化种植达到经济效益的最大化,采用不同LED光质(红、蓝、黄、绿,白光为对照)为光源,以30~90 d的‘红玉’鱼腥草幼苗为材料研究了其生长发育和叶片显微结构对不同光质的响应。结果表明,绿光和红光能促进地上茎生长,蓝光和红光能显著促进地上茎粗和鲜质量的增长而绿光显著抑制其增长;除了绿光外,蓝光和红光均能显著促进地下茎长、茎粗和鲜质量的增长,其中以蓝光效果最显著。与对照组相比,蓝光、红光和黄光处理下叶片结构中的叶片厚度、上表皮厚度(除90 d外)、下表皮厚度、栅栏组织厚度和海绵组织厚度(除30 d和60 d外)均有不同程度增加而绿光处理下的却表现为降低。蓝光、红光和黄光处理均有利于鱼腥草幼苗的生长发育,且以蓝光处理效果最佳。 To explore the response of Houttuynia cordata varieties to different light quality,in order to maximize the optimization of culture conditions and the indoor planting to achieve economic benefits.This experiment used different LED light(red,blue,yellow,green,white)as the light source and 30-90 d seedlings of‘Hongyu’variety of Houttuynia cordata as materials,studied the response of growth development and leaf anatomical structure to different light.Green and red light could promote the growth of stem length,blue light and red light could significantly promote the growth of stem diameter and fresh weight of over ground but green was significantly inhibited.In addition,to the green light,blue and red light could significantly promote the growth of stem length,stem diameter and fresh weight underground,and the effect of the blue light was significant,which showed that blue light could significantly promote the growth development of seedlings but green light could inhibit.Compared with white light,the leaf thickness,the upper epidermis thickness(except 90 d)and the lower epidermis thickness,palisade tissue thickness and spongy tissue thickness(except 30 d and 60 d)of blue light,red light and yellow light treatment were increased different degrees but that was reduced under the green light which showed that blue,red and yellow light treatments were in favor leaf microstructure improvement of seedlings and the blue light treatment effect was the best.
