氮供应量对小麦农艺性状及锌、铁利用影响的研究初报 被引量:3

摘要 在减氮栽培模式下保持较高的小麦产量和营养品质对于实现资源节约型、环境友好型农业生产模式具有重要意义。本研究旨在探索减氮栽培措施下小麦产量构成要素和锌、铁含量变化,为筛选适合低氮栽培条件的高锌、铁含量小麦种质提供参考依据。采用温室砂培试验,研究了4个氮供应水平对4个小麦品种(济麦22、石4185、Hatcher、Intrade)农艺性状及锌、铁利用的影响。无论多分蘖类型还是少分蘖类型小麦有效穗数、地上生物量积累皆随着氮供应量减少而下降;籽粒锌、铁含量随着氮供应量减少而显著下降;在减氮栽培条件下不同品种间锌、铁积累表现差异较大。在减氮条件下筛选锌、铁含量较高的小麦种质资源并用于改良当前栽培品种是可行的,今后亟待在减氮条件下开展大规模筛选高锌、铁含量小麦种质工作。 It is of great importance to maintain high yield and high grain quality under reduced nitrogen supply towards a resource-economically and environment-friendly agriculture model.The objective of this study is to study the effect of reduced nitrogen supply on the accumulation of zinc and iron in wheat,to provide reference for screening wheat germplasm with higher zinc and iron concentration on a large scale.Utilizing sand culture experiment in glasshouse,effects of four nitrogen supplied levels on agronomic traits and zinc,iron utilization were studied for four varieties(Ji mai 22,Shi 4185,Hatcher,Intrade).Ear number and aboveground biomass decreased following reduced nitrogen supply regardless of ability of tiller forming;zinc and iron concentration in grain decreased with reduced nitrogen supply;significant difference of grain zinc and iron concentration existed between different genotypes.Screening wheat germplasm with higher zinc,iron concentration and integrating such germplasm into breeding program is a feasible approach,which need to be carried out in future.
