摘要
随着共同体相关理论在教育领域的广泛运用和校本研修的不断发展,将有共同目标的教师通过"人为制造"成共同体,为校本研修的发展提供了更多的途径和可能,有利于促进学校与教师的发展,进而促进学生的综合成长。通过剖析共同体与校本研修的关系,探讨校本研修发展的影响因素,提出共同体视角下如何促进校本研修策略,推进共同体理论与校本研修实践的深入融合。
The analysis of the relationship between community and school-based training shows that the construction of community is a prerequisite for school-based training,and the effectiveness of school-based training depends on the degree of community development.In practice,school-based training is influenced and restricted by various factors such as government promotion,school management,and teacher participation.In order to break through the dilemma of practice,the main strategies of school-based training are:correct understanding and understanding of the relationship between the three;refine supervision,enhance government promotion;strengthen measures to enhance the intensity of school management;focus on communication,and deepen teacher participation.In school-based training,focusing on contact and coordination,is conducive to further promoting the development of schools and teachers,and thus promote the comprehensive growth of students.
