摘要
个性化教学是教师个性化地教和学生个性化地学的统一,但在实际的解读与实践中存在着一定的误区:一方面,个性化教学带有传统教学的顽固烙印,师生个性化机械式发展;另一方面,个性化教学只是在个性的沟渠里流动,缺乏与共性的融合。因此,教学中需要师生共性与个性的平衡发展,应在个性化教学反思的基础上合理协调师生的共性与个性,重塑师生个性的共性认识;透视教学环境,营造教学现场感;建构知识、对象与反馈三者之间的有效对话。
Personalized teaching is the unity of teachers'individualized teaching and individualized geography of students.However,there are certain misunderstandings in actual interpretation and practice:on the one hand,individualized teaching has the stubborn imprint of traditional teaching,and the individualized mechanical development of teachers and students.On the other hand,personalized teaching only flows in the ditch of individuality,lacking integration with commonality.The teaching needs the balanced development of the commonality and individuality of teachers and students.On the basis of individualized teaching reflection,we should reasonably coordinate the commonality and individuality of teachers and students,re-establish the common understanding of the personality of teachers and students;see the teaching environment,create a sense of teaching presence;construct effective dialogue between knowledge,objects and feedback.
