摘要
为响应政府号召,培养创业型公民和企业家,芬兰高校纷纷致力于创业教育的开发。在多种多样的门径之中,坦佩雷应用科技大学(以下简称TAMK)的团队创业在应用科技大学的创业评比中斩得桂冠。本文介绍了TAMK团队创业教育的运营模式、教学特色、课程规划和师资培养,剖析了以团队的形式开展创业实践活动、创业教练指导团队"对话"学习、在真实的商业情境中培养学生创新精神和实践能力的成功经验,冀望对我国高校的创业教育有所启发。
In order to respond the government s call to foster entrepreneurial citizens and entrepreneurs,Finnish universities are committed to the development of entrepreneurship education.Among a variety of portals,TAMK s team entrepreneurship won the top prize in the entrepreneurial competition at Applied Science and Technology University.This paper introduces the operating model,teaching feature,curriculum planning and teacher training of the TAMK team entrepreneurship education,and analyzes the entrepreneurial activities in the form of teamwork,the entrepreneurial coaching team“dialogue”learning,and training students'innovative spirit in the real business situation.We hope that it has some inspirations for entrepreneurship education for Chinese universities.
