老年抑郁症给予艾司西酞普兰与舍曲林治疗的临床观察

Clinical observation of escitalopram and sertraline in the treatment of senile depression

目的:探讨舍曲林与艾司西酞普兰治疗老年抑郁症的效果。方法:收治老年抑郁症患者116例,对照组给予舍曲林治疗,观察组给予艾司西酞普兰治疗。结果:观察组患者治疗后第1、2个疗程抑郁症改善程度比对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:临床上治疗老年抑郁症时,采用舍曲林以及艾司西酞普兰均可取得一定的治疗效果,但舍曲林减少时间晚于艾司西酞普兰。

Objective:To explore the effect of sertraline and escitalopram in the treatment of senile depression.Methods:116 cases of senile depression were selected,the control group was treated with sertraline,and the observation group was treated with escitalopram.Results:The improvement rate of depression in the observation group after treatment for first,second courses was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of senile depression,a certain therapeutic effect can be obtained by using sertraline and escitalopram,but the reduction time of sertraline is later than that of escitalopram.
