莫沙必利与铝碳酸镁联合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效

Efficacy of Mosapride combined with hydrotalcite in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis

目的:探讨莫沙必利与铝碳酸镁联合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效。方法:收治胆汁反流性胃炎患者130例,分为试验组与对照组,各65例。对照组给予奥美拉唑、多潘立酮等常规药物治疗,试验组在此基础上联合莫沙必利与铝碳酸镁治疗。结果:试验组患者治疗2个疗程后腹胀、腹痛、胃灼热感、呕吐等症状积分明显低于对照组,试验组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于胆汁反流性胃炎患者在常规药物治疗基础上联合莫沙必利与铝碳酸镁治疗可有效改善患者临床症状,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of Mosapride combined with hydrotalcite in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis.Methods:130 cases of bile reflux gastritis were selected,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole and domperidone,and the experimental group was combined with mosapride and magnesium carbonate on the basis of this.Results:After 2 courses of treatment,the scores of abdominal distention,abdominal pain,heart burning,vomiting and other symptoms were significantly lower than those in the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with bile reflux gastritis,the combined treatment of mosapride and magnesium carbonate on the basis of conventional medication can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the therapeutic effect.
