困难腹腔镜下胆囊切除术手术体会

Experience on laparoscopic cholecystectomy with difficult laparoscopy

目的:探讨困难腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗的体会。方法:回顾性分析实施困难腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者的临床资料。结果:53例患者平均手术治疗时间(73.41±3.12)min,平均术中出血量(88.83±12.31)m L,平均住院(3.45±0.41)d,未出现严重并发症。结论:适宜的手术操作技术,能够保证困难腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的顺利完成,切实达到手术治疗的目的,可改善患者的临床症状。

Objective:To explore the surgical treatment of difficult laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:The data of 53 patients with difficult laparoscopic cholecystectomy were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The average operative time was(73.41±3.12)min,the average intraoperative blood loss was(88.83±12.31)mL,the average hospitalization was(3.45±0.41)d,without serious complications occurred.Conclusion:The appropriate surgical technique can ensure the smooth completion of the difficult laparoscopic cholecystectomy,achieve the purpose of surgical treatment,and improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.
