中医治疗老年骨性关节炎临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating senile osteoarthritis in TCM department of orthopedics

目的:探讨中医治疗老年骨性关节炎的效果。方法:收治老年骨性关节炎患者50例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各25例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,研究组采用中医治疗干预。结果:研究组患者治疗有效率、骨性关节炎功能评分(JOA评分)明显高于对照组。患者视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在老年骨性关节炎患者中采用中医治疗方法有助于提高患者的治疗有效率,促进康复。

Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine department of orthopedics in the treatment of senile osteoarthritis.Methods:50 cases of senile osteoarthritis were treated and divided into 25 cases in the control group and the study group.The control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Results:The efficacy of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the visual analogue score of the patients was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the patients'visual analogue score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the elderly patients with osteoarthritis,using of TCM orthopedics treatment can help improve the treatment efficiency and promote rehabilitation.
