电刺激生物反馈结合中药足浴治疗产后压力性尿失禁的临床研究

Clinical research of biofeedback therapy with electrical stimulation combined with foot bath of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence

目的:研究产后压力性尿失禁盆底康复结合中药足浴的治疗效果。方法:收治产后压力性尿失禁患者137例,随机分为两组。对照组给予电刺激生物反馈治疗,治疗组给予电刺激生物反馈结合中药足浴治疗。比较两组盆底肌力、尿失禁问卷评分及漏尿量。结果:治疗组治疗后盆底肌力改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后尿失禁问卷评分、漏尿量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盆底康复结合中药足浴治疗产后压力性尿失禁可明显改善盆底肌力,降低漏尿量。

Objective:To study the effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with foot bath of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence.Methods:137 cases of patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given biofeedback therapy with electrical stimulation,and the treatment group was given biofeedback therapy with electrical stimulation combined with foot bath of traditional Chinese medicine,and the pelvic floor muscle strength,urinary incontinence questionnaire and leakage of urine between the two groups were compared.Results:The pelvic floor muscle strength of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The urinary incontinence questionnaire score and leakage volume in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with foot bath of traditional Chinese medicine could improve the pelvic floor muscle strength significantly and reduce the leakage volume of urine.
