真菌性鼻窦炎患者血清半乳甘露聚糖抗原水平及其临床意义

Serum level of galactomannan antigen in patients with fungal sinusitis and its clinical significance

目的:探讨真菌性鼻窦炎患者血清半乳甘露聚糖(GM)抗原水平及其临床意义。方法:收治真菌性鼻窦炎患者54例作为研究组,另选取非真菌性鼻窦炎患者43例作为对照组。检测两组患者手术前后GM抗原的水平。结果:两组患者术前血清GM抗原水平对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后的血清GM抗原水平明显低于术前(P<0.05)。GM试验检测结果与真菌性鼻窦炎的一致性较好。结论:通过GM试验可以有效反应真菌性鼻窦炎的感染程度,可以成为其早期、快速、准确的诊断指标之一。

Objective:To investigate the serum level of galactomannan antigen and its clinical significance in patients with fungal sinusitis.Methods:54 patients with fungal sinusitis were selected as the study group,and 43 non fungal sinusitis patients as the control group.Serum galactomannan antigen levels were measured before and after the operation in two groups.Results:Before the operation,the difference of serum GM antigen level of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the serum GM antigen level of the patients in the study group was significantly lower than that before the operation(P<0.05).The consistency between GM test and fungal sinusitis is better.Conclusion:The GM test can effectively reflect the infection degree of fungal sinusitis,and can be used as an early,rapid and accurate diagnostic index.
