家庭医生签约服务在老年高血压患者社区护理管理中的应用

Application of family doctor contract service in the implementation of community nursing management for elderly patients with hypertension

目的:探讨家庭医生签约服务在老年高血压患者社区护理管理中的应用效果。方法:选取老年高血压患者200例。观察组患者采用家庭医生签约服务,对照组患者采用常规护理。结果:观察组患者的高血压情况得到了有效的控制,血压下降幅度明显(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量、护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年高血压患者通过家庭医生签约服务的护理方法来对病情进行控制,患者会拥有更高的生活质量,血压降低,护理满意度提升。

Objective:To explore the application effect of family doctor contract service in community nursing management of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:200 elderly patients with hypertension were selected,the patients in the observation group were contracted by family doctors,while the patients in the control group received routine nursing.Results:After nursing,the patients in the observation group were effectively controlled and the blood pressure decreased significantly(P<0.05);the quality of life of the patients in the observation group was much higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the nursing method of family doctor signing service to control the condition of elderly hypertensive patients,the patient will have higher quality of life,lower blood pressure,and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
