急诊留观老年患者的抢救护理流程优化及效果分析

Optimization and effect analysis of rescue nursing process for elderly patients in emergency department

目的:探讨护理流程优化在急诊留观老年患者抢救中的应用效果。方法:收治急诊留观老年患者250例作为观察组,给予优化抢救护理流程。同时将急诊留观的老年患者250例作为对照组,给予常规护理流程。比较两组抢救时间、抢救效果以及护理满意度。结果:观察组抢救时间短于对照组,转归去向优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优化抢救护理流程有利于提高急诊留观老年患者的抢救效果,改善护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing process optimization in rescuing elderly patients in emergency department.Methods:250 cases of elderly patients in emergency department were as the observation group,and was given the optimized rescue nursing process.250 cases of elderly patients in emergency department were as the control group and was given the routine nursing process.The rescue time,rescue effect and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results:The rescue time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the outcome of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Optimizing the rescue nursing process was beneficial to improving the rescue effect of the elderly patients in emergency department and improving the satisfaction degree of nursing.
