子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者围手术期护理干预实施的效果

Effect of perioperative nursing intervention on patients with uterine fibroids and hypertension

目的:探讨子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者围手术期护理干预的实施效果。方法:收治子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者80例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各40例。在围手术期给予研究组患者综合护理干预,对照组给予常规护理。结果:研究组收缩压和舒张压均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组生理功能、心理功能、肢体疼痛、总体健康、情感功能、心理功能评分、护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者围手术期护理干预较常规护理更能有效降低患者血压,提高患者生活质量及护理满意度。

Objective:To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on patients with uterine fibroids and hypertension.Methods:80 patients with uterine fibroids and hypertension were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.In the perioperative period,patients in the study group were given comprehensive nursing intervention,while the control group were given routine nursing.Results:The systolic and diastolic pressure of the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,psychological function,limb pain,overall health,emotional function and psychological function were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The perioperative nursing intervention of the patients with uterine myoma and hypertension can effectively reduce the blood pressure,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the patients.
