基层医院11例骨筋膜室综合征治疗的经验教训总结

Lessons learned from 11 cases of osteofascial compartment syndrome in primary hospitals

目的:总结分析骨筋膜室综合征患者临床特点,提高治愈率。方法:回顾性分析11例骨筋膜室综合征患者资料,并对结果进行归纳总结。结果:11例患者中2例行保守治疗,9例行切开减压,术后随访12个月,9例均恢复肢体功能。结论:早诊断、早治疗是本病的治疗关键,一经确诊,需立即切开减压。

Objective:To summarize and analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with osteofascial compartment syndrome and to improve the cure rate of ALCS.Methods:The treatment of 11 patients with osteofascial compartment syndrome was retrospectively analyzed,and their results were summarized.Results:Among those 11 ALCS patients,there 2 cases received conservative treatment,9 cases underwent open decompression,after followed up for 12 months,there 9 patients recovered limb function.Conclusion:Early diagnosis and early treatment is the key to the treatment of ALCS.
