开关磁阻电机无位置传感器故障诊断与容错技术 被引量:4

摘要 针对开关磁阻电机无位置传感器的稳定性问题,提出一种基于单一特征点磁链方法的位置估计容错技术。该方法根据电感、磁链、转子位置三者之间的逻辑关系,选取电感曲线交点为特征点位置,通过磁链比较得到每一相的特征点位置检索脉冲信号,利用位置检索脉冲信号算出转子位置角。考虑到电机发生故障,位置估计算法会失效的问题,针对电机缺相和电压/电流传感器故障,提出相应的故障诊断算法,通过分析故障状态下电机磁链变化特性,判断故障源和故障类型,再依据开关磁阻电机相与相的独立性,结合时间延迟,利用正常相的电磁信息间接估计故障相的转子位置信号,该算法提高了位置估计的容错性能。最后,通过缺相及传感器故障试验,验证了所提方法的可行性和正确性。 For stability of switched reluctance motor without position sensor,a fault-tolerant sensorless technique was proposed for switched reluctance motor based on single feature point flux linkage method.The method is based on the logical relationship between inductance,flux linkage,and rotor position.A single feature point position was selected reasonably,the position index pulses of the feature point position were estimated by the flux linkage comparison,and then the rotor position angles were calculated based on the position index pulses of the feature point position.When the motor ran at fault condition,the position estimation algorithm failed,so a fault diagnosis algorithm was proposed for the lacking-phase and the voltage and current sensor fault.By analyzing the characteristics of the motor flux linkage change under fault condition,the fault source and fault type were judged.According to the independence of the motor phases,the rotor position signal of the fault phase was indirectly estimated by using the electromagnetic information of the normal phases,the fault tolerance of position estimation was improved.At last,the experiments verify the validity and correctness of the fault-tolerant seneorless scheme.
