摘要
针对传统LED电源存在负载调整率差的问题,采用了一种基于输出电压反馈的电感电流补偿控制策略,用负载电压信号补偿负载调整引起的输出电流偏差。对影响Buck恒流拓扑负载调整率的因素进行了理论分析,结合工程应用数据,优化了负载调整率的控制策略。最后在一台200 W恒流LED电源样机上进行了实验验证,负载调整率从0.03%/V降到了0.01%/V,验证了所提控制方法的正确性,达到了优化负载调整率的效果。
There is a problem of poor load regulation in traditional LED power supply.In this paper,a control strategy of inductor current compensation based on the output voltage feedback is used to compensate the output current deviation caused by the load adjustment with the load voltage signal.In this paper,the factors affecting the load regulation of Buck constant current topological are analyzed theoretically.Combined with analysis of engineering application data,the control strategy of load regulation is optimized.Finally,the control method is verified on a LED power supply of 200 watts.The load regulation rate was reduced from 0.03%/V to 0.01%/V,which verified the correctness of the control methodproposed and achieved the effect of optimizing the load regulation rate.
