绿盲蝽危害对茶树鲜叶挥发物的影响 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】探讨绿盲蝽取食危害对茶树鲜叶挥发物的影响,为绿盲蝽生物防治提供参考依据。【方法】采用顶空固相微萃取—气相色谱—质谱联用(HS-SPME-GC/MS)技术,分别测定绿盲蝽危害程度不同的3个茶树品种健康新梢和受害新梢鲜叶中挥发性物质,分析茶树健康鲜叶与受害鲜叶挥发性物质种类及组成差异。【结果】绿盲蝽对不同茶树品种的取食存在明显偏好,不同品种嫩梢危害指数间存在极显著差异(P<0.01),其中以黄金芽的危害指数最高,其余依次为白叶1号和浙农139。绿盲蝽取食后,茶树鲜叶中挥发物数量出现不同程度的增加,其中顺-2-戊烯-1-醇、(E)-4,8-二甲基-1,3,7-壬三烯(DMNT)、苯乙醇、顺-3-己烯-2-甲基丁酸酯和橙花醇仅在3个品种绿盲蝽取食鲜叶中检测到。萜烯烃类化合物是健康鲜叶与受害鲜叶中差异最明显的一类挥发物,其中健康鲜叶中检测到3种萜烯烃类挥发物,受害鲜叶中检测到9种萜烯烃类挥发物,其数量及相对含量的增加量越大,茶树受害程度越轻。水杨酸甲酯相对含量变化明显,茶树受害越重,鲜叶中水杨酸甲酯增加幅度越大。【结论】浙农139对绿盲蝽具有一定抗性,黄金芽则较感绿盲蝽。绿盲蝽取食诱导茶树鲜叶挥发物发生明显变化,挥发物种类有不同程度增加,其中萜烯烃类物质变化最明显。 【Objective】The aim of this paper was to explore the variation of volatile components from tea leaves infested by Apolygus lucorum and provide researches reference on biological control of A.lucorum.【Method】Headspace solid phase micro extraction(HS-SPME)coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was selected to determine volatile components released from healthy and damaged tea leaves in three tea cultivated varieties with different degree of harm.The volatile components compositions from healthy and damaged tea leaves and the differences were analyzed in this paper.【Result】A.lucorum had an obvious feeding preference to different tea varieties.The hazard index for young shoot in different tea varieties were extremely significant difference(P<0.01).The hazard index of Huangjinya was the highest,and followed by Baiye 1 and Zhenong 139.The volatile substances in tea fresh leaves increased in varying degrees under the damage of A.lucorum.cis-2-penten-1-ol,(E)-4,8-dimethyl-1,3,7-nonatriene,benzene ethanol,cis-3-hexenyl 2-methylbutanoate and nerol were only detected in the A.lucorum damaged tea leaves.The variances of terpene hydrocarbons in healthy and damaged tea fresh leaves were the most obvious,three kinds of terpene hydrocarbons were detected in healthy fresh leaves,while nine kinds in damaged fresh leaves.When the increase in amount and relative contents was larger,the damage degree of tea was lighter.The relative content of Methyl salicylate changed obviously.The more serious tea damage,the bigger increasing amount of methyl salicylate.【Conclusion】Zhenong 139 had certain resistance to A.lucorum,whereas Huangjinya was susceptible.The volatile substances released from tea fresh leaves are significantly changed under A.lucorum stress,and increase to different extents.Changes of terpene hydrocarbons are the most remarkable
