摘要 【目的】分析外源5-氨基乙酰丙酸(ALA)对月季切花内在生理及产量和品质的影响,为提高月季切花生产水平提供参考依据。【方法】对切花月季品种金辉叶面喷施不同浓度ALA溶液后,测量其花枝枝长、花蕾指数、叶片厚度、五小叶和七小叶数及切花等级和产量,测定其叶绿素和可溶性糖含量,分析不同浓度ALA对月季切花内在生理及产量和品质的影响。【结果】夏季喷施30.0 mg/L ALA的月季切花花枝长70.15 cm,花蕾指数12.72,叶片平均厚度251.575μm,A级花枝率比对照(喷施清水)提高25.86%;喷施ALA 20 d后切花月季叶片的叶绿素含量增加12.0304mg/gFW;喷施ALA 30 d后(开始采收切花)切花月季叶片的可溶性糖含量增加81.82%;但过高浓度(50.0 mg/L)的ALA对月季切花生长产生负面影响。大田生产试验结果表明,冬季喷施40.0 mg/L ALA的月季切花产量比对照提高6.30%;夏季喷施30.0 mg/L ALA的月季切花产量比对照提高8.68%。【结论】叶面喷施适宜浓度的ALA能有效促进切花月季金辉叶片的叶绿素合成及提高可溶性糖含量,提高切花产量和品质,夏季以喷施30.0 mg/L、冬季以喷施40.0mg/L的效果最佳。 【Objective】The objective of this study was to analyze the effects of exogenous 5-aminolevulinic acid(ALA)on internal physiological changes,yield and quality of cut rose flower,and provide references for raising the production level of cut rose flower.【Method】Foliar spraying of different concentrations of ALA solution was carried out on cut rose variety Jinhui,and its branch length,flower bud index,leaf thickness,number of five lobule and seven lobule,cut flower grade and yield were measured,and its chlorophyll and soluble sugar content were determined.The effects of different concentrations of ALA on the internal physiological changes,yield and quality of cut flowers were analyzed.【Result】The results showed that after spraying 30.0 mg/L ALA in summer,the length of cut rose flower was 70.15 cm;the flower bud index 12.72;average thickness of leaves 251.575μm;ALA treated A grade branch increased by 25.86%compared to the control.The leaf chlorophyll content of cut rose increased by 12.0304 mg/gFW 20 d after spraying ALA;and the soluble sugar content of rose leaf 30 d after spraying ALA(started to cut flowers)enhanced by 81.82%.The high concentration(50.0 mg/L)of ALA had negative effect on the growth of cut rose flower.The results of large-scale spraying tests showed that the yield of rose cuttings with 40.0 mg/L ALA sprayed in winter was 6.30%higher than that of the control,and the cut rose production with 30.0 mg/L ALA sprayed in summer was 8.68%higher than the control.【Conclusion】Foliar application of ALA at appropriate concentration can promote the chlorophyll synthesis and soluble sugar content of cut flower Jinhui leaves,and increase the yield and quality of cut flowers.Spraying 30.0 mg/L in summer and winter spraying 40.0 mg/L has the optimal effects.
