摘要
为研究土地利用混合度对非通勤行为的影响,提出改进熵模型定量描述土地利用混合度,并深入分析土地利用混合度对非通勤者出行距离和出行方式选择的影响.结合甘肃省天水市2015年居民出行调查数据,构建土地利用混合度与非通勤者出行距离的关系模型,并利用MNL模型研究土地利用混合度对非通勤者出行方式选择的影响.结果表明:与传统熵指标相比,改进熵指标对非通勤者出行距离的解释性更强;利用STATA软件标定MNL模型参数并进行弹性分析,进一步表明改进熵指标对居民出行行为的解释性优良,合理的土地利用布局有助于引导居民选择非机动化出行方式.研究结果对城市规划和交通政策的制定具有指导意义.
In order to study the influence of land use mix on non-work travel behavior,a modified entropy index is proposed to measure the land use mix and study the influence of land use mix on travel distance and travel mode choice of non-workers.Based on 2015 Tianshui household travel survey data,a model investigating the influence of land use mix on travel distance is developed.And then MNL model is used to study the influence of land use mix on travel mode choice.The results show that compared with traditional entropy method,the modified entropy index has a more powerful explanation for the travel distance.STATA software is used to calibrate the MNL model and analyze the elasticity.The results further confirm the excellent explanatory of travel behavior.And land use mix can help people choose non-motorized travel mode.The results can provide evidences for urban planners and policy makers.
