高速列车轮轴载荷谱编制及疲劳强度分析 被引量:5

摘要 以中国标准动车组CRH-0208测力轮对为研究对象,在线路实测的基础上,采用Matlab仿真,综合速度信号与载荷时间历程等多个数据,统计各级载荷水平下车轮旋转作用频次,完成不同工况下轮对载荷谱的编制和分析.编制了车轴应力谱,根据修正后Miner法则对轮轴的强度进行评估.结果表明:动、拖车测力轮对轴测点的等效应力都未超过欧洲标准(EN)规定的疲劳极限,可以满足1 200万km的服役要求. This paper focused on the instrumented wheel-sets of the CRH-0208 which are used on line measurement.Making use of the Matlab programming,multiple data such as speed signal and load time process are combined to calculate the wheel rotation frequency at various load levels so that the load spectrum is compilated and analyzed under different working conditions.After compilating the axle stress spectrum,the strength of axle is evaluated according to the modified Miner’s law.The results show that the equivalent stress of axle measuring points driven by dynamic and trailer instrumented wheel-sets don’t exceed the fatigue limit regulated by European Norm(EN)standard,which could meet the service requirements of 12 million kilometers.
