Vitalstim吞咽治疗仪对脑瘫患儿吞咽障碍的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of Vitalstim swallowing therapeutic apparatus on dysphagia in children with cerebral palsy

目的分析Vitalstim吞咽治疗仪对伴吞咽障碍的脑瘫患儿的治疗效果。方法将60例患儿分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采取传统吞咽功能训练,治疗组在对照组的基础上,加用Vitalstim吞咽治疗仪进行治疗,采用洼田饮水试验评分和VFSS评分在治疗后对患儿分别进行吞咽功能评估。结果两组患儿在治疗前后的洼田饮水试验评分和VFSS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Vitalstim吞咽治疗仪对脑瘫患儿吞咽功能障碍有确切疗效。

Objective To analyze the effect of Vitalstim swallowing therapeutic apparatus on dysphagia in children with cerebral palsy.Methods Sixty patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training.The treatment group was treated with Vitalstim swallowing therapy device on the basis of routine rehabilitation training.The swallowing function of patients before and after the treatment was assessed by the scores of Watian drinking water test and video fluoroscopic swallowing study(VFSS).Results Significant difference was found in the scores of Watian drinking water test and VFSS for the patients between the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitalstim swallowing therapeutic apparatus has a definite effect on dysphagia in children with cerebral palsy.
