摘要
钢板弹簧的正向设计一直是困扰板簧设计的重点问题,为了精确得到板簧的动刚度,通过理论分析,建立了钢板弹簧动刚度计算模型,更好地代替了动刚度试验和模型仿真。首先通过摩擦功分析方法,建立了摩擦功的计算模型,并进行了试验验证。通过建立摩擦功的相等关系,推出了一种钢板弹簧阻尼比的计算公式。其次推导出一种在不同工况下少片变截面钢板弹簧动刚度的计算模型。最后通过钢板弹簧动静态试验进行验证,并对MATALB二次开发设计出板簧动刚度的计算界面,实现了钢板弹簧的正向设计。
The dynamic of Taper Leaf Spring has a great influence on bus ride comfort.The dynamic stiffness of Leaf Spring can be gotten through simulation and testing in traditional design.The research is inconvenient and the optimization of bus needs accurate and convenient calculation of Leaf Spring dynamic stiffness.To solve the problem,we have dynamic stiffness calculation model of Leaf Spring and we have improved the design efficiency of Leaf Spring.First of all,we have built the calculation model of frictional work through the analysis of friction work.And we have carried out testing.By building the equivalent relationship of frictional work,a kind of calculation formula of Leaf Spring damping ratio has been derived.Then,we derive a kind of calculation model of Taper Leaf Spring dynamic stiffness in different conditions,Finally,to test and verify it with the static-dynamic performance of Leaf Spring.And the MATALB secondary development design plate spring dynamic stiffness calculation interface.It provides the basic theory for the design of Leaf Spring.
