摘要 简化了轮胎结构,建立了改进的轮胎刷子模型,在考虑胎面侧向弹性产生的侧偏力的同时充分讨论轮胎与地面接触区域内附着区与滑移区的分界条件。汽车在非直线路径行驶时车速对轮胎附着状态有一定的影响,因此提出了估算轮胎的附着系数的修正表达式,估算得到的数值比传统方法更贴合实际测试值。为表征车辆行驶过程中的稳定程度,定义车辆稳定系数,用车辆动力学仿真软件Carsim进行双移线道路试验,仿真试验所得稳定系数的数据值始终在[0,1]的稳定区间内,因此,在行驶过程中应用改进轮胎刷子模型的汽车始终在可控范围内,有效验证该模型的可行性。 Simplify tire structure and establish the improved tire brush model.In consideration of the lateral force generated by the lateral elasticity of the tread,the boundary conditions of the adhesion zone and the slip zone in the contacting area of tire and the ground are fully discussed.The vehicle speed has a certain influence on the tire adhesion state when the vehicle is in the non linear path,so the modified expression of estimating the adhesion coefficient of tire is put forward,from which values estimated is more accordant with the actual test value than the traditional method.make it.To characterize the stability of vehicle driving process,define the vehicle stability factor and use the vehicle dynamics simulation software Carsim to simulate the double lane change circumstances.The value obtained from simulation tests is in the stable range of[0,1].Therefore,automobile with improved tire brush model is always in the controllable range in the driving process,and verify the feasibility of the model effectively.
