摘要 为了研究钻削参数对CFRP/Ti叠层材料钻削力的影响及钻削过程中的振动特性,采用正交试验的方法对叠层材料进行了一体化钻削试验。采用测力仪对加工过程中的钻削力进行测量,并通过对钻削力的分析,研究了钻削过程中的振动特性。结果表明,扭矩和轴向力随主轴转速升高而减小,随进给速度的升高而增大,且进给速度对钻削力的影响强于主轴转速对其的影响。加工过程中取较高的主轴转速,较低的进给速度将保证孔的加工质量。在CFRP/Ti叠层材料加工过程中,加工至两材料接触面的位置时,存在剧烈的切削振动现象。 To research the influence of the drilling parameters on drilling force and the vibration characteristics during drilling process of CFRP/Ti stacks.It uses the method of orthogonal experiment for laminated material to the integrated drilling experiment.The dynamometer is adopted to the drilling force measurement in the process of machining,and through the analysis of drilling force to study the vibration characteristics in the process of drilling.The results showed that the torque and drilling force decreased with the spindle speed increases,increased along with the increase of feed speed,and the influence of feed rate on the drilling force stronger than spindle speed to its influence.During processing in higher spindle speed,low feed rate will guarantee the quality of hole.During the processing of CFRP/Ti stacks,there are sharp cutting vibration phenomenon when the two material contact surface is processed.
