摘要
调速型异步磁力耦合器通过调整笼型转子的轴向位移,达到改变其轴向气隙磁通进而调速的目的,为此必须建立并计算出对调速机构至关重要的轴向力。基于电流镜像法得出永磁体在铁磁体中的镜像规律,根据等效磁荷理论推导出磁化部分轴向力的等效模型;根据线电流的电磁场特性对笼条切割磁感线产生的磁场进行分析,既可通过上述等效磁荷法计算出励磁电流的抽拉力;最后利用Ansys软件对两部分抽拉力分别进行仿真分析,并与理论建模所得的计算结果进行比较,验证了模型的正确性。
By adjusting the axial displacement of the cage rotor,the speed-regulating asynchronous magnetic coupler can change the axial air gap magnetic flux and then adjust the speed,therefore,it is necessary to establish and calculate the axial force that is essential to the speed-regulating mechanism.In this paper,based on the current mirror method,the mirror law of permanent magnets in ferromagnets is obtained;firstly,the equivalent model of the axial force of the magnetized part is derived according to the equivalent magnetic charge theory;then,according to the characteristics of the electromagnetic field of the line current,the magnetic field produced by the magnetic line is analyzed and the pulling force of excitation current is calculated by the above equivalent magnetic charge method.Finally,simulations are conducted for both cases’axial force via Ansys software respectively,and simulation results are compared with the theoretical results for verification.
