采用熵权TOPSIS模型的电火花线切割电参数优化 被引量:3

摘要 电参数直接影响电火花线切割的加工效率和表面质量。以正交试验数据为基础,通过熵权法得到各个试验指标的客观权重,并根据权重获得综合指标,对综合指标求其极差,得到一组最优电参数方案A2B1C4D1。同时利用TOPSIS法处理正交试验数据,获得一组贴近度值最小的电参数方案A2B3C4D1。两组方案进行试验对比,验证表明,A2B1C4D1贴近度为0.154,比A2B3C4D1更加贴近"正理想解",其表面粗糙度值为2.147?m,材料去除率为38.17mm2/min,分别增加了0.56%和1.3%,试验结果具有有效性,采用熵权TOPSIS法对电火花线切割实际加工有一定理论指导意义。 The efficiency and surface quality of WEDM were influenced by the electrical parameters directly.Based on the orthogonal experimental data,objective weights of test indexes was calculated by entropy weight method,and a comprehensive index was obtained according to the weight.By the range of the comprehensive index,an optimal electrical parameters scheme A2B1C4D1 was confirmed.At the same time,the TOPSIS method was used to deal with the orthogonal test data to obtain a set of electrical parameters A2B3C4D1 with minimum closeness value.By the comparative test,the closeness value of A2B1C4D1 was 0.154,and more close to the“positive ideal solution”than A2B3C4D1,the Ra was 2.147滋m,the MRR was 38.17mm2/min,increased 0.56%and 1.3%respectively.The test results were effective,The entropy weight TOPSIS method were used to guide the practical machining of WEDM.
