摘要
针对自旋噪声功率谱测量中带宽、谱分辨率、速率等测量指标,设计实现了一种基于现场可编程门阵列技术的多参数可调自旋噪声谱仪,能够对采样噪声信号进行快速傅里叶变换(FFT)获取自旋噪声功率谱。仪器能够实现采样率在1 MS/s^2 GS/s可调,FFT数据长度在1~64 K可调,平均次数1~65 535可调,并可以通过上位机LabVIEW程序灵活地调整工作参数和读取功率谱结果。
For the measurement indexes of bandwidth,spectral resolution and speed in power spectrum measurement of spin noise,a high-speed spin noise spectroscopy was established based on field-programmable gate array.The technique can perform spectroscopy measurements of fast Fourier transform(FFT)with variable parameters.The sample rate was tunable from 1MS/s to 2GS/s,the data length of FFT-point was tunable from 1k to 64k,and time of average was tunable from 1 up to 65535.A LabVIEW-based platform was developed to be able to adjust all these parameters as well as read out the power spectrum.
