摘要 文中采用法布里光纤传感器,建立了传感器的理论模型,并基于Lab VIEW语言设计了压力精确测量的软件,该软件具有数据采集、分析等功能。实际压力测试结果表明,系统在数据采集与处理分析方面具有较好的性能,传感器压力与入射光线波长之间存在线性关系,并且系统的压力测试的重复性较高。 In this paper,the Fabry fiber sensor is used to establish the theoretical model of the sonsor.Based on the LabVIEW language,the software with precise pressure measurement is designed.The software has the functions of data acquisition and analysis.The actual pressure test results show that the system has good performance in data acquisition and processing analysis.There is a linear relationship between the sensor pressure and the incident light wavelength,and the system s stress test has high repeatability.
