摘要
针对工业冷却水水质检测问题,设计了一种工业冷却水腐蚀结垢监测系统。该系统以嵌入式系统为开发平台,依据电化学弱极化测量原理,测量冷却水的腐蚀情况。利用热电偶温度传感器测量冷、热流体进出口温度差来计算得到污垢热阻值,进而计算出冷却水的结垢情况。实际实验表明,该系统可有效监测冷却水的状态,利用数据采集系统把采集到的冷却水的水质参数通过Wi Fi无线通信的方式发送到上位机平台,提高了冷却水的利用效率,达到了节约水资源的目的。
Aimed at the detection of industrial cooling water quality,a monitoring system of industrial cooling water corrosion and scale based on wireless network was designed.The system took embedded system as the development platform and measured the corrosion of cooling water according to the principle of electrochemical weak polarization measurement.By using thermocouple temperature sensor to measure the temperature difference of inlet and outlet of cold and hot fluid,the temperature of fouling was calculated and the scale of the cooling water was calculated.The actual experiments show that the system can effectively monitor the status of the cooling water,the use of data acquisition system to collect the water quality parameters of the cooling water through the serial communication sent to the host computer platform through WiFi to improve the efficiency of cooling water,to achieve the purpose of saving water.
