摘要
针对目前石油产品密度检测现状,提出一种在管道流动过程中利用超声波波速测量油品密度的方法,通过大量实验数据分析处理,归纳出轻质油品密度、声速和温度的关系。由此可以通过超声波速度和温度的测量,直接得到管道内流动油品的密度。实现了不同种类油品或同种类不同生产厂家不同批次油品密度的宽量程测量,解决了目前运用超声波技术只能进行单一厂家单一油品密度固定测量的问题,可以满足油料在线检测的要求。
In view of the current situation in density detection of petroleum product,a method of measuring oil density by ultrasonic wave velocity in pipeline flow was proposed,through a large number of experimental data analysis and processing,the relationship between light oil density,sound speed and temperature was summarized.Therefore,the density of the flowing oil can be obtained directly by measuring the ultrasonic velocity and temperature.The wide range measurement of oil density of different kinds of oil or different batches of different manufacturers were realized,solving the limitation that the ultrasonic technology can only be used to measure the density of single oil products in a single factory,meeting the requirement of on-line detection of different oil.
