摘要
讨论了酸洗、表面调整浓度、磷化液浓度和磷化时间等不同磷化工艺对高温锰系磷化膜厚度的影响。实验室及生产现场实验结果表明:若不酸洗,磷化膜生长困难,但是不同酸洗时间和酸洗浓度基本不影响磷化膜厚度;磷化膜厚度随着表面调整浓度的降低而增加,随着磷化液浓度的增加而增加。
The effects of different phosphating processes including pickling,surface conditioning concentration,phosphating solution concentration and phosphating time on the thickness of high temperature manganese phosphating film were discussed.The results showed that the growth of the phosphating film was difficult if there was no pickling,and the film thickness was not affected by the different pickling time and acid concentration through the experiments in laboratory and production site.The thickness of the phosphating film decreased with the increase of the concentration of the surface conditioner and increased with the increase of the concentration of the phosphating solution.
